SCS – Rubber Bellow Seals (SCS Type 01)
Rubber bellows seals are suitable for all rotary equipment including mixers, agitators, pumps and compressors. The single coil spring for non-clogging operation is excellent in slurry service and liquids that are likely to solidify during the standby of equipment.
The range of rubber bellows seals comes in both full or half convolute versions. The non-pusher design prevents shaft fretting and allows large end play and shaft tilts.

SCS- Teflon Bellow Seals (SCS Type 01A)
Teflon Bellow Seals which are particularly suitable for chemically corrosive environments. We are catering Teflon bellow seal which is at par with international standards and available in varying sizes of 12mm to 100mm. temperature ranges of -30 Deg C to 200 Deg C apart from this, we are also offering customized solutions in accordance with the specifications of the clients.

Balanced and Unbalanced Seal
SCS - Single Spring Seals (SCS Type 03)
SCS Type 03 Seals are designed for handling liquids of varying contamination including slurries, sludges and crystallizing solutions.
These products are available in different size ranges from 12mm to 100mm. The seals can be offered with positive drive so that it will not be affected by the rotation of shaft direction.
Based on the pressure parameters the seals can be classified as balanced seals and unbalanced seals.
Also, these double direction seal single springs are offered in elastomers like Vition, Silicon, PTFE, Neoprene, Nitrile.
These products are available in different seal faces such as Carbon, Tungsten Carbide, Silicon Carbide, Ceramic,Lecrolloy etc.,

SCS - Multi Spring Seals (SCS Type 03A)
SCS Type 03A Seals are designed for handle clear liquids and generally accepted in the seal market by the OEM's.
The transmission of the torque from the retainer to the seal rings in done by the drive lugs and to make the installation easier.
All the components are held together with a snap ring. These seals are also offered in balanced and unbalanced versions which depend upon the pressure parameters.
The exclusive gamut of Multi Spring Double Direction Seals available in different sizes of 12mm and 100mm. These seals are sturdy in construction and can withstand high pressure of up to 35 bars.
